119: Tony Robbins, Animal Shelters, And Re-Igniting Your Passion…
What do you think of when you think of New Year’s resolutions and goal setting? Most of us think about tweaking what we eat- for the better, or maybe exercising more often. But in this episode I am asking you to consider much bigger things. The things that you have put off for years, maybe even decades.
I have wanted to go to Tony Robbins’ event Date with Destiny for well more than a decade. I am so excited to finally be there (by the time this episode airs). How often do we spend seven straight days thinking about what we are doing with our life, where we are headed, and why? Opportunities like this allow us time away from work, away from outside influences, and all distractions in order to evaluate every aspect of our life. I can’t tell you how fired up I am to be at this event! This is definitely the time you want to follow me on Snapchat, as I will be snapping all week from the event. (Under the name Inner North Star.)
I am also finally doing what I have wanted to do with this podcast, since I started it: A weekly focus on an Animal for Adoption at the end of each Thursday episode. This will start next Thursday, and I am so excited to support such a worthy cause.
So what passion have you buried, for far too long? What can you add back into your life, that will help re-ignite your ENTIRE life? I hope over the next few weeks, we are able to uncover what that is for you, and make 2017 your most magical year, yet!
With passion filled gratitude,
Michelle Dutro
