115: A Facebook Post About A Man’s Love For His Dog, (Pac) That Had Me In Tears…

We only have so much time and energy in this lifetime.  How often do you stop and think about how you are spending each moment?  Not just in what you are doing, but also in what your thinking.  Let’s also add in, what you are reading and what you are listening to as well.  All of these “moments” we will never get back.  Further, for every second that is spent furthering or adding to any negativity, are all moments you are not contributing to help or better someone else’s life.  Simply said, you can not hold a thought of love and a thought of hate, simultaneously.

Choose your thoughts wisely.

In today’s episode I read a post by someone who is the “typical” Facebook friend.  (You know… someone you really don’t know.)  But what’s unique about this friend, Steve, is that his posts are anything but “typical.”  You see Steve has a dog named Pac, who is dying. I have followed his posts for weeks, and he truly embodies what it means to share unconditional love.  I hope this episode has you considering where you put your energy and time, as there are so many out there who could use a little more love and light in their life this holiday season.
