Seasonal Four-Day Purpose & Integration Retreats

Step out of stress-mode and into space, space to breathe, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with who you are beneath the noise.

Seasonal Four-Day Purpose & Integration Retreats

Small-group retreats designed for deep reflection, meaningful conversation, and clarity around purpose, identity, and life direction.

Time. Space. Dialogue. Integration.

These four-day retreats are created for people who want more than inspiration or information. They are designed for those seeking clarity around purpose, contribution, and the next chapter of life — and who understand that these questions require time, presence, and thoughtful conversation.

Unlike large events or lecture-based retreats, these experiences are intentionally small and immersive. The focus is not on consuming content, but on engaging in dialogue, reflection, and integration — with direct access to the people leading the work and space to explore what’s emerging for you personally.

Held in a quiet, supportive environment, the retreat unfolds at a pace that allows insight to surface naturally. Over four days, conversations deepen, perspectives widen, and clarity begins to take shape — not because answers are forced, but because the conditions for listening are finally in place.

The Role of Guest Teachers & Speakers

These retreats occasionally include guest teachers and speakers whose work you may already know — from books, large stages, podcasts, or public programs. What’s different here is not who they are, but how they show up.

Rather than presenting to large audiences, guest teachers participate in a small, intimate setting where conversation replaces performance. There is time for dialogue, reflection, and direct engagement — allowing questions to be explored fully and insights to be personalized rather than generalized.

This level of access is uncommon. It creates space for deeper understanding, nuance, and integration that simply isn’t possible in larger or more public environments.

  • Questions are welcomed throughout, not limited to a short Q&A

  • Conversations unfold organically, guided by what’s most relevant to the group

  • Insight is shaped through dialogue, not delivered from a distance

  • The experience feels personal, focused, and quietly profound

The value here isn’t exposure to ideas — it’s access to conversation, perspective, and presence.

Group Size, Availability and Other Details

To preserve the depth, access, and quality of these retreats, group sizes are intentionally kept small. This ensures that conversation remains meaningful, questions can be explored fully, and each participant has real opportunity to engage with the teacher and the material.

Because of this, availability is naturally limited. These retreats are not offered on a rolling schedule, and there is no public calendar to browse. Each experience is announced individually, based on the topic, the guest teacher, and the season.

Lodging is not included for these seasonal four-day retreats. Participants stay at nearby accommodations in Julian, allowing the retreat experience itself to remain focused, immersive, and intentionally paced.

During retreat days, snacks, drinks, and a plant-based lunch are provided. For retreats that extend into the evening, dinner may also be included, depending on the structure and theme of that specific experience.

Because each retreat is built around a distinct topic, teacher, and rhythm, full details — including daily flow, meals, and any evening sessions — are shared at the time each retreat is announced.

All logistical information is provided clearly and in advance, so you can decide whether a particular retreat aligns with your needs, timing, and interests.

How Retreats Are Announced

Retreat details are shared first with the existing community before being opened more broadly. In some cases, all available spaces are filled before a public announcement is ever made.

This approach isn’t about exclusivity for its own sake — it’s about honoring the integrity of the experience and ensuring the right group comes together for each topic.

What This Means For You

If a particular subject or teacher resonates with you, being on the notification list ensures you hear about it early — with time to consider whether the experience aligns with where you are and what you want to explore next.

These retreats are rare by design. The intimacy is what makes the experience possible.

How to Be Notified About Upcoming Retreats

Because each seasonal retreat is built around a specific topic and teacher, there is no standing schedule or public calendar. Details are shared only when a retreat is ready to be announced — including the theme, guest teacher, dates, daily flow, and what’s included.

The best way to stay informed is to be part of the community that receives these announcements first.

Being on the list doesn’t obligate you to attend anything. It simply ensures that when a retreat aligned with your interests becomes available, you’ll hear about it early — with the time and clarity to decide whether it’s right for you.

What You Will Receive

  • Early notification of upcoming retreats

  • Full details for each experience, shared transparently

  • Access before retreats are opened more broadly

  • Occasional insights related to clarity, purpose, and meaningful growth
